2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

  • The service has not started within the expected delivery time.

  • The order was not delivered as described on the website.

  • There is a technical issue on our end that prevents completion of your order.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be provided in the situations below:

  • The order has already begun or been partially delivered, as these are digital and irreversible services.

  • A decrease in followers/likes/views caused by platform updates or user behavior.

  • Incorrect information (wrong username, private account, etc.) provided by the customer.

  • The user violates the terms of the social media platform, leading to loss of progress.

4. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation only if the service has not yet started. Once the system begins processing, cancellation is not possible.

5. Delivery Guarantee

We guarantee to deliver the purchased amount. In cases where full delivery is not possible, we will either:

  • Complete the missing amount, or

  • Provide a partial refund proportional to the undelivered portion.
