3. Nature of the Services

All services provided by SocialZone are digital and non-physical.

Services begin instantly or within the specified delivery time after the order is confirmed.

The Buyer must ensure that the provided username/profile is correct, public, and accessible.
4. Order & Payment

Orders are processed once payment is completed.

Payments are handled through secured third-party providers.

The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate payment and account information.

Incorrect information may cause delays or non-delivery; in such cases, the Seller is not responsible.
5. Delivery

Delivery timelines are listed on product pages and may vary by service.

If delivery cannot be completed due to a technical issue on our end, the Buyer is entitled to a refund or completion of missing parts.
6. Buyer’s Responsibilities
The Buyer agrees to:

Keep their social media account public during the service.

Avoid actions that may interfere with the delivery (changing username, enabling privacy mode, etc.).

Comply with the terms of the social media platforms they use.
7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds may only be granted under the conditions stated in our Refund Policy.
Refunds cannot be issued after the service has started, as digital services are irreversible.
8. Limitation of Liability
SocialZone is not responsible for:

Loss of followers or engagement due to platform updates or policy changes.

Account restrictions or penalties imposed by the social media platform.

Buyer-provided incorrect or misleading information.
9. Service Usage

The Buyer agrees not to use SocialZone services for unlawful or harmful purposes.

The Seller may cancel or suspend services if any misuse is detected.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, designs, branding, and materials belong to SocialZone and may not be copied or distributed without permission.
11. Changes to the Agreement
SocialZone reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Updates are effective immediately upon publication.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by applicable international digital commerce regulations. In case of disputes, the laws of the Seller’s jurisdiction apply.
